We are pleased to inform you that the name of our Company has now stands changed from MothersonSumi INfotech & Designs Limited to “Motherson Technology Services Limited” w.e.f May 19, 2022, after approval from the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.

We have initiated this change to account for a growing business ecosystem while truly aligning ourselves with the legacy of Motherson and its proliferation. Over the past 18 months, we have augmented our service lines and garnered global maturity in line with industry best practices. This change is a progressive step towards enhancing our customers’ value propositions.
