Job title: Global Telecom Support

Work location: Barcelona, Spain

  • Your Tasks:

      • Tickets and Planned work activities Follow up / Escalation with all parties (TATA, SMRC, Motherson Technology Services, AWS, …)
      • Raise requests/incidents to TATA for vUTMs, SMRC sites, VPNs, WAN Failover tests, zScaler…..
      • For Data Centers, manage all requests and incidents related to Telecom, working with the Network Team (including FW issues)
      • Manage global network devices inventory
      • Align with IT Purchasing for the yearly Network devices maintenance renewal
      • Ensure that all Network devices installed at our clients are under proper support
      • Help on keeping Monitoring tool up to date on Network devices (Routers, Switches, FW, WLC, Radius, …)
      • Manage Security Advisor (Thread Intel) & upgrade requests manage all Cisco switches, ISE, WLC, Firewalls … globally at our customer sites and Datacenters, including updates and patches
      • Support on Audits (IATF, …)
      • Work closely to Network Infra team to receive the handover for the new implemented projects
      • Support on Network Infra Projects
      • Keep documentation up to date (Network diagrams, Inventories, …)
      • Regular meetings with IT Operations, Architecture, NOC.

Your Profile

    • Required at least Bachelor’s degree
    • Network and telecommunications support and implementation:

            Cisco ISE – Guest Wifi / TACACS – Authentication /

            Cisco WLC / FortiManage / Infoblox (DNS) /

            SolarWinds – Monitoring and Switch backups /

            Cherwell – Ticketing and Change Order tool

    • Deep understanding of TCP, IP and other network protocols, DNS, DHCP, IPAM and all other network services.
    • Knowledge of Cisco network and technologies, Cisco certifications (CCNA)
    • Knowledge of SDWAN solution is a plus
    • 3+ years’ experience in a production IT environment supporting enterprise IT Telecom infrastructure, hardware, and data/voice network areas.
    • Excellent English is a must, French language also desirable
